Implementation Specialist

SingleOps is seeking an Implementation Specialist who is excited to learn and shape a growing team. Implementation Specialist is a customer facing role, and it is important for this person to be extremely responsive and dedicated to keeping the client’s projects on track.  Each client will have different goals and requirements, and it is the job of implementation to formulate the project to fit their specific needs. Implementation Specialists will also be a liaison between clients and the Development Team as we continue to improve our offering.

Job Description:

  •      Work directly with clients to implement SingleOps into their business environment
  •      Responsible for managing and guiding all aspects of implementation
  •      Set and adhere to project timelines and goals for multiple concurrent implementations
  •      Evaluate customers’ current business practices and configure our solution to meet customer’s needs while applying  SingleOps best practices.
  •      Ensure customer is trained to use the product and monitor their progress and system utilization
  •      Maintain customer relationships

Other Requirements:

  •      Assist with Support on a regular basis to ensure quick response times to all clients
  •      Re-create and report Bugs to development as they come to your attention inside the product
  •      Contribute customer feedback for Product Planning
  •      Daily Team Standups 15-30 minutes at end of day
  •      < 5% travel when requested by the client
  •      Develop and Improve training documentation, videos, and best practices for internal and external use

Qualifications:

  •      2+ years of previous experience in software implementation or similar role
  •      Excellent customer service skills
  •      Exceptional presentation skills for hosting virtual meetings and onsite visits
  •      Strong research and problem-solving skills
  •      Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
  •      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
