Encouraged by parents who were always willing to pick up a plant during visits to the local garden center as a child, Dr. Turner-Skoff developed a love for the natural world at an early age.

Today, she is the Associate Director for Science Communications at Longwood Gardens outside of Philadelphia, one of the most prestigious gardens in the United States. In her role there, she crafts messaging that helps convey complex ideas about the way plants live and grow so they are readily understandable to the public at large.

She joins the show to talk about how Tree Care and Landscaping businesses can communicate well with their customers. She shares how knowing your audience, storytelling, and understanding the power of visuals help you communicate effectively in the Green Industry.
