OUR STORY

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia

SingleOps has been serving green industry companies from day one with a mission to help them win their customers for life. Our founding team built the prototype of SingleOps in the office of Swift Straw, an Atlanta-based landscape install and supply company that has since been featured for six straight years on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies list.

Today, thousands of green industry professionals use SingleOps, and we’ve helped our customers generate over $4 billion in revenue. Our Board

Sean has over 10 years of experience leading teams building successful cloud and mobile software products. He started his first cloud software company while still in undergrad at Northwestern and hasn’t looked back since. He’s an odd combo of a tech nerd who loves the outdoors – fly fishing especially.

Sean McCormick

Co-Founder, SingleOps
Rob has been a growth equity investor at FTV Capital for over 10 years and leads investments in financial services and payments. Prior to joining FTV, Rob was an investment banking associate within the financial institutions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and capital raising transactions for fintech companies. In 2021, Rob was named a Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investor by GrowthCap. Rob is out numbered at home by three bright, dynamic young women (wife Kathleen, daughters Poppy & Reagan) and loves trying to keep up!

Robert Anderson

Payam has investment responsibilities in financial services and payments. Prior to joining FTV, Payam was a vice president with Alkeon Capital Management, where he focused on sourcing and executing investment opportunities across the financial services and enterprise software sectors. Prior to Alkeon, Payam was an associate at TCV, where he focused on sourcing and executing investment opportunities across the payments and enterprise software sectors. Payam started his career as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies, where he worked on M&A, debt financings, and public equity offerings for technology companies.

Payam Vadi

Vice President, FTV Capital
Ryan Mandl is a Partner at Five Elms and sits on the firm’s Investment Committee. Ryan has spent his entire career investing in software businesses at Five Elms. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Maxwell T. Ward Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on raising funds to help children with cardiovascular diseases get the medical treatment they need. Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Kansas. Ryan most enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is an expert fantasy football GM, having won two league championships in the last five years. Ryan also enjoys traveling, cooking and collecting guitars he never has time to play.

Jeff has spent most of his career in the financial technology space. He was Presdent and CEO of CardConnect, a publicly traded integrated payments company, that was acquired by First Data (now Fiserv). Currently, Jeff is President of the Cobbs Creek Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on creating an economically sustainable golf and educational campus that provides opportunity for the diverse youth of Philadelphia. Jeff most enjoys spending time with his wife, 4 children and 5 dogs. He also loves skiing and playing lots of golf.
