Finding a Needle in a Haystack with Global Search

Whether you’re an office administrator, sales rep, or a business owner of a green industry company, you have a lot of information to manage each day.

You have client names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, job numbers, and more.

Finding the right piece of info can feel like finding a needle in a haystack. 

Global Search in SingleOps lets you bring a magnet to the search party. 

Here are three examples of how your team could benefit from using global search. 

  1. Quickly pull up a client based on the information you have on hand. You can search by name, phone, address, or email. For instance, If a client calls into the office, you can quickly pull up their entire record by just entering the phone number they used to contact you. *note: sensitive to dashes, e.g., 1234567890 won’t show 123-456-7890*
  2. Find any job. Typing “#2006” in the search bar takes you straight to the job. Deleted jobs are still referenceable as well. 
  3. All reports are searchable from the Global Search bar. Typing “sales rep” pulls up the sales rep report.
