Here are a few ways to make sure you get the fastest customer support:

Use our support email. We know you love your account managers, but in order to make sure that all of your questions are answered in a timely fashion we recommend that you contact our support team directly. Screenshots. A picture is really worth 1,000 words to our support team. Being able to put eyes on the problem you’re dealing with makes it so much easier for us to offer the most direct solution to your problem
