The Busy Season: How to stay organized by using Tags.

The off season is the best time to plan for the busy season. Take a look at what worked, what needed a little improvement and take the time to find the best possible solution.

When running a service business, organization is a key to success. When you have a million things on your calendar all the jobs can run together. Whether you need to remember to get a permit for the job, remind yourself of the equipment needed or simply let you know that there is a little bit of work left to do before you can get paid. This kind of information should be easy to see so that nothing falls between the cracks.

The SingleOps team has developed a tool to solve this very problem, Job Tags. The best way to think of this is an electronic sticky note. You can create as many as you want, assign them to your job and then filter by them, so that you always know what is most important.

There you will find a list of all current tags as well as an option to create a new tag in the top left corner of the page. The possibilities are endless with this tool so be sure to take advantage of it in a way that works for your business.
