Serial Entrepreneur and Tech Expert David Cummings Joins SingleOps

A few weeks ago the SingleOps team and our clients had a big reason to celebrate. You may have read in the Atlanta Business Chronicle that we recently closed a $1M capital round with David Cummings. David is one of the foremost experts at cloud technology and software-as-a-service businesses. He practically invented marketing automation with his company Pardot, which was ultimately acquired by Salesforce.com – the largest cloud technology and software-as-a-service business in the world.David also founded the Atlanta Tech Village, which is the leading tech center in the SouthEast. In addition to founding several successful tech ventures, David has also invested in over a dozen groundbreaking tech startups, several of which are among the fastest growing in the country. Needless to say, David’s involvement with SingleOps is going to be a huge benefit for all of our stakeholders, and especially for our customers.

So what exactly does this mean for SingleOps users?

One of our main objectives with this capital round is to accelerate the development of new features and improvements with the SingleOps product and integrations like QuickBooks syncing. We are actively growing the resources of our internal development team, primarily by hiring more developers who are experts at cloud and mobile technologies. So expect faster releases of new features and improvements that are on your wishlist.

Another objective is to expand our customer success and support teams. We will have even more resources to help with training and support, which will improve our already industry-leading implementation and support response times.

One of the reasons our team decided to join forces with David is because he shares our vision for our product and our company. So our vision and direction are not changing. Our partnership is going to allow us to grow our team, resources, and product all much faster in order to better serve our customers.

Great things are ahead for SingleOps and for our customers!
