CER: Customer Type and Client Phone Columns are Available on Job Management and Jobs/Visits Report
What is a CER? CER stands for “Customer Enhancement Requests”. CER is a product-led project that is sourced directly from customer suggestions on the Idea Portal that includes small and larger projects with several requests behind it. To submit your CERs, please use our Idea Portal.
For our first CER, “Customer Type” and “Client Phone” will be columns available on Job Management page and the Jobs/Visits Report. These columns will be hidden by default in the column selector.
