Consolidated Help Options

On all SingleOps pages you have access to our Help Center/Knowledge Base, our Support with keyword search for in-app documentation and the ability to contact our Support team. You also have the option to access our Idea Portal to see or submit new ideas.

These options have been in three different places; two on the top menu bar and one in the floating Support button at the bottom right of the page as shown below.

To simplify this, we have consolidated these actions into a single location in the menu bar. The Help option now has options for Support, Submit Idea, and Help Center as shown below. All actions work exactly as they have before. 

For mobile devices these options will be located on the top-left menu () under the Help menu item.
