After researching many scheduling software companies, we decided on SingleOps fall of 2021. From the very first encounter, and every day since, we have been overwhelmingly pleased with our decision! The onboarding and implementation process was flawless, and the customer support is truly second to none. Whenever I have an issue, that has always been user error, Ryan Gaumer has walked me through step-by-step, making sure I have clarity and understanding and is ALWAYS patient, kind and polite. SingleOps has been such a positive experience that we have already discussed upgrading and adding additional features and John Critzos III has been such a delight to work with. Both gentlemen are SO well informed on the system, quick to respond and always friendly. John has presented many options to us, in regard to our upgrade and asking the correct questions to aid in our decision-making process. Never has he been pushy. it’s like they are just waiting in the background to help with anything we may ask. Strongly recommend if you are considering software to go with SingleOps!
