So far, our experience with Single Ops has been very good! Felicia our implementation specialist is outstanding and very helpful. She is super responsive when we have questions or problems. When we have modifications that we need made to the software to customize it to our company they do their best to help us. The software is working very well, we are not disappointed with our decision to switch to it. Overall, we are really happy with Single Ops!
