Keep everyone on your team informed with client notices.

The Notice feature keeps your entire team informed as well as up to date with all clients. When you type a customer’s name a “Notice” or “Warning” will appear. This is very helpful when creating a lead, proposal, or job. This is a great place to write important notes for everyone to see. A good example of a Client Notice is “Doesn’t Pay on time!” or “High Priority Customer”. This is the place to put information that shouldn’t be overlooked.

How to create a Client Notice:

  1. Select “Edit Customer” when creating a lead, proposal, or job.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the window and click “Notice”.
  3. Choose between “Info, Warning, or Critical”. The stages are color coordinated either blue, orange, or red.
  4. Fill out the “Notice Text” with the information you want to appear.

The notice will pop up anytime the customer’s name is used in the job field.
