Welcome to Season 7, Episode 3 of the Green Industry Perspectives podcast! In this episode, we welcome Eric Schultz, one of the Partners at Journey Alliance.

Eric started in the Green Industry at 18 and, by 21, became the Operations Manager of a company focused on HOA and COA accounts. He left that organization to start a company focused on residential accounts. He successfully sold that company, despite starting it during the Great Recession. Today, Eric and Journey Alliance work with Green Industry and Contracting companies to help owners lead at a higher level, learn to develop their teams, and bring consistency to the business’s systems and processes.

In this episode, Eric discusses the importance of consistency and leadership in a thriving Green company.
