SingleOps has improved our day-to-day operations as far as billing is concerned. Billing had been such a thorn in our side, but now it’s much easier. It’s a huge improvement.

I can drop a pin wherever the tree is located on a property and include a picture of the tree. I can write the DBH, specimen, and exactly what they need to do, along with the address in the description. There is never a question for the crew as to what needs to be done.

With (previous system)’s difficult-to-maneuver interface, booking a single appointment required eight to ten minutes, whereas with SingleOps, it’s only two minutes. The move to SingleOps saves me nearly 8 – 12 hours per week in just appointment booking alone.

SingleOps allowed us to organize ourselves so that I didn’t lose an entire day of my life every week invoicing. Before, I would have to sit down and regurgitate everything a second or third time. Hours and hours and hours on a Sunday saved.

When we put out 30 to 50 proposals a week, it takes time to write personal emails, but using that auto follow up helps us close deals. We’re closing 50% more of our proposals than before, and currently closing nearly 80% of proposals.

Before we used to have to hand type everything in and now it’s just like, it’s all a template and you choose the template and send it on its way. There’s no questions as to where anything is.

Now, generating estimates is a simple, easy process that multiple people in the office can do. What would’ve taken hours is now done in minutes. This frees up time for our estimators and eliminates bottlenecks.

Our employees have all their job information at their fingertips, can easily clock in and out of jobsites, and are able to update a job once it’s complete. We are able to input and send estimates directly to the customer while still on site. 

Very friendly team. They are constantly updating things to better the software and are eager to listen to our feedback. I always look for trajectory, and they are on a good path.
